Refund Policy
General Refunds
Refunds are available to applicants whose visa applications are genuinely refused by the UK Home Office, provided that they supply the official refusal letter stating the reason(s) for refusal.
All refunds will be issued minus the booking fee (depending on whether you used stripe or eventsbrite) and an administrative fee of £30.
No Refunds for False Claims or Documentation
Applicants who make false claims or submit false or falsified documentation as part of their visa application will not be entitled to any refund if their visa is refused.
For clarity, “false claims” refers to the deliberate provision of misleading, inaccurate, or fraudulent information. This includes, but is not limited to:
In such cases, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Refund Process
To request a refund, applicants must provide a copy of their official refusal letter from the UK Home Office within 14 days of receiving the decision.
Once verified, eligible refunds (minus the £30 booking and administrative fee) will be processed within 21 working days.
