It’s time to cozy up with some old-world comfort food! We’re serving up Ye Olde English pub classics with a fresh Cooper’s Hawk twist. Indulge in hearty favorites while we pour our Global Cuvée, the perfect match for winter fare. Wool sweaters and plaid caps encouraged, but not mandatory.

• English Beef Stew CH Ale Braised Beef, Winter Root Vegetables, Aged Cheddar Dumpling | Paired with Cooper's Hawk Ale

• Pan Roasted Chicken Tikka Masala Cashew Spinach, Oven Roasted Grape Tomatoes, Ginger Rice | Paired with Cooper's Hawk Exclusive January Wine of the Month: Global Cuvée
• Sticky Toffee Pudding Sweet Toffee Caramel, Vanilla Ice Cream, White Chocolate Crumble | Paired with a Highland Honey Toddy

Wine Club Pairing Dinner is hosted on Monday, January 12 @ 7:00PM. Reservation includes tax and gratuity.

• Event reservations close 48 hours prior
• You will be seated with other guests during this dinner, since that's the fun of it!
